OKLAHOMA! marked a revolution in musical drama, setting standards still followed today. Set in Western Indian Territory in 1906, Oklahoma! tells the story of the romance of cowboy Curly McLain and farmer girl Laurey Williams as their love is challenged by the threatening farmhand, Jud Fry. A cast full of memorable characters such as Aunt Eller, Ado Annie, Will Parker, and Ali Hakim bring this story to life. Music and dance blend into one with such popular melodies as Oh, What a Beautiful Morning, Surrey With the Fringe on Top, I Cain't Say No, People Will Say We're In Love and of course, the rousing Oklahoma!
