REGISTRATION
- Enrollment limits for Bay Colony courses are designated in the course description. To avoid disappointment, please register early Bay Colony Performing Arts Academy
- reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment
TUITION
Based on average of weeks per class from dates shown (Sept 2009 - June 2010)
- Semester payment - A 10% discount will apply for semester payments (for tuition only).
*First Semester - September-December
*Second Semester - January-May.
Please note: Sibling discount may not be combined with full semester discount or any other offer.
- Sibling Discount: A 15% discount will apply for siblings enrolled in a combined 5 classes or more (for tuition only).
Please note: Sibling discount cannot be combined with any other offer
- Monthly: 10 Monthly payments. The months of January and June must be made in 1 Full Payment in order for the student to participate in the end of the year performance. Monthly payments are due on the first of every month. Late payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a $25.00 late fee.
- Bay Colony reserves the right to hold credit card information on every family in the program. This emergency card will be charged the tuition amount due and the $25.00 late fee if payment is not received by the 15th of the month.
- Payments may be made by cash, check, or money order. Checks and money orders should be payable to Bay Colony Productions. There is a $25.00 charge for each week returned due to insufficient funds. Tuition paid for one term may not be credited for a subsequent term. All Registration, material fees, and tuition are non-refundable.
REGISTRATION FEE
- There is a $25.00 registration fee due per student per year. This fee is refundable only if your course is cancelled.
COSTUME & MATERIALS FEE
- There is a costume and materials fee for all classes. Fees are stated in the course descriptions and paid once per year for each course. These fees are refundable only if the course is cancelled. Materials Fees may include costume purchase or rental, CDs, Scripts, Music, and Royalty Fees and will vary class to class.
FILLED COURSES
- If your course is filled, you will be placed on a wait list and be notified if a space becomes available.
NO SMOKING POLICY
- For the health and comfort of our students, smoking is not permitted.
LOW ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
- Bay Colony reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. If your course is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will either be given a full refund or the option to apply payments to another course if there are openings.
REFUNDS
- Absolutely no refunds or credits will be given after courses have started. Students may request a transfer to another course within the semester, only upon availability. Full refunds of tuition payments are issued only if a course is cancelled or a Bay Colony course schedule change renders you unable to attend. Refunds will be given ONLY if a request to withdraw is made in writing two weeks prior to the start of a course.
MAKE-UPS AND WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
- Classes will be made up if cancelled by instructor request or by unforeseen weather. It is a student responsibility to call the office for weather-related cancellations. Bay Colony staff and instructors will not make phone calls to inform students of weather-related closings. Make-up lessons are not offered in the event of a student cancellation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
- Participation in Bay Colony programs is at your own risk. Participants agree to waive and release any and all claims against the Bay Colony Performing Arts Academy, its agents, faculty, and/or employees relating to personal injury or property damage arising from participation in any Bay Colony Performing Arts Academy. Bay Colony cannot be held responsible for personal injury occurring in the facility.
RELEASE OF IMAGE
- By registering for Bay Colony programs and/or otherwise participating in Bay Colony events, participants and/or their parents or legal guardians give full permission for Bay Colony Performing Arts Academy students to be photographed, video taped, or voice-recorded during Bay Colony classes, performances, and/or other activities. Participants and/or their parents or legal guardians also consent to the use of their names, video images, photographs and/or voice recordings in any and all Bay Colony publicity materials as deemed appropriate by Bay Colony Performing Arts Academy
POLICY OF NONDISCRIMINATION
- The Bay Colony Performing Arts Academy welcomes students of any race, color, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, religion, disability, and national or ethnic origin. Bay Colony does not discriminate in the administration of and admission to its programs.
Bay Colony Performing Arts Academy reserves the right to substitute faculty and schedule if necessary.
